ORDERS
Terms:
All sales of products and/or services (“Goods”) conducted via www.Matterht.com or its affiliated websites are governed by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). By submitting an order or completing a purchase through MatterHT.com, the purchaser (“Buyer”) acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the Terms.
Acceptance of orders:
Upon placing an order through our website, customers will receive a confirmation email from support@matterht.com with the subject line “Order #XXXX confirmed.” Please note that all orders submitted by the Buyer constitute offers pending final acceptance by Matter Brands, LLC. The company may request additional information prior to processing any order. A confirmation email serves as acknowledgement of receipt and does not indicate acceptance of the order. This communication includes your order number, product details, selected delivery service, payment method, and billing and shipping addresses.
Matter Brands reserves the right to accept or decline orders at its discretion for any reason and may impose quantity limits. Should an order be cancelled after billing, the full amount charged will be refunded. Acceptance of an order and the establishment of a contract of sale between Matter Brands and the customer, as well as a contract for delivery services, occur only once the order has been submitted, and full payment is received by Matter Brands. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of order placement, please check your junk mail folder. If it cannot be located, contact us at support@matterht.com
Orders placed on MatterHT.com are final and may not be cancelled by the buyer. Unwanted, unused products may be returned in accordance with the Matter Brands Returns Policy We reserve the right to amend orders after confirmation should circumstances beyond our control arise, such as errors in product pricing or descriptions, or if transactions are flagged as high-risk for fraud by our payment provider. In such events, we will provide written notification or issue a refund as applicable, and no charges will be applied for unfulfilled products.
Order processing occurs Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will be processed on the next business day.
For purchases made at MatterHT.com, sales tax is applied based on the shipping destination's state. Customers who are tax exempt and possess a valid exemption number should contact Customer Care prior to placing an order and provide the necessary documentation in PDF format. Matter Brands Customer Service does not issue refunds for sales tax already paid on orders placed through MatterHT.com or via Customer Service.
According to Matter Brands policy, the sales tax is non-refundable. Customers are responsible for requesting any applicable tax refunds directly from the state.
Please consult your accounting department for guidance on the proper filing of taxes paid.
Order cancellations:
Order processing is automated to ensure timely and efficient delivery. As a result, once an order is submitted through the website, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Any changes to an order after placement are subject to the Returns Policy
Pre-Orders:
When you pre-order a product, it will be allocated to your order, payment will be processed, and you will receive notification about three days prior to shipping. The provided shipping date is an estimate, and shipping will occur by or before that date. If there is a change in the delivery date, you will be informed. For information on canceling a pre-order, please see the section below regarding order cancellations.
Order cancellations:
Except for pre-orders, our automated processing system does not allow orders to be cancelled or changed after being placed. If you need to make changes, please refer to our Returns Policy.
For pre-orders, cancellation is possible any time before you receive a shipping notification. To cancel, email support@matterht.com with your order number.
PRICING TERMS
All prices on the Website are in USD and exclude tax, which is added at checkout based on your shipping address. Delivery charges are also calculated during checkout.
We strive for accurate pricing but reserve the right to contact you if there is an error, allowing you to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order. We are not obliged to supply products or services at incorrect prices and may refuse orders based on inaccurate information, including errors regarding shipping, price, payment terms, or returns.
Product and delivery prices can change without notice. Only one discount code may be used per purchase; enter your code at checkout to apply it. Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment for your product(s) must be made in full during the checkout process prior to dispatch. The costs of each product ordered, and the selected shipping service will be itemized in the order confirmation email sent after an order is placed.
All available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Upon receipt of your order, we perform a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to verify sufficient funds for the transaction. Goods will only be dispatched once this pre-authorization is successfully completed. Our payment system is secure; therefore, we cannot assume responsibility for any fraudulent or improper use of your payment method that is beyond our control.
Your card will be debited upon successful completion of the verification checks, after which your order will be processed. For PayPal payments, orders will not ship until funds have cleared in the account. PayPal e-checks may require 5–7 business days for processing.
Please note that payment is accepted only in USD. If your credit/debit card or alternative payment method is denominated in a different currency, the final charge may be applied in the currency of your card or account. The card issuer, bank, or payment method provider calculates and charges the purchase price. Matter HT assumes no responsibility for any costs, expenses, charges, or liabilities you may incur as a result of your card issuer or payment method provider charging you in a currency other than that indicated on our website. Please consult with your card issuer or payment provider regarding such charges.
By confirming your purchase, you acknowledge that the credit/debit card or payment method used belongs to you, and that all details provided, including name and address, are complete and accurate. You also confirm that your card or payment method is valid and that all entered information is correct.
All credit/debit cardholders and payment account holders are subject to validation and authorization by their respective card issuers or payment providers. If payment authorization is refused, your order will not be accepted, and we bear no liability for any resulting delays or non-delivery. For security reasons, we are not required to provide notification of the refusal.
We accept no responsibility for additional fees or charges imposed by your card issuer, bank, or payment method provider arising from the processing of your payment in accordance with your order.
WARRANTY
The Matter Brands warranty covers products bought directly from MatterHT.com and those purchased by authorized retailers. Please register your product at MatterHT.com prior to any warranty claim. If you purchased your product at MatterHT.com while signed into your MatterHT account your product was registered at the time of purchase. MatterHT warranties are non-transferable and valid only to the original end-user of the product purchased directly from MatterHT.com or an authorized retailer. Products from unauthorized resellers—including those found on Amazon, eBay, social media, or other sites—are not covered. Check who is selling and shipping your product before buying online. Second-hand items and promotional products for reviews or videos are also excluded from coverage.
If your item was a gift, the original order number is required to process your request.
One-Year Warranty
All Matter HT products, with the exception of screen protection, are backed by a ONE (1) year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase, provided they are used under normal conditions as outlined in this warranty statement. Customers are advised to retain their order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
For device-specific Screen Protection products covered by a limited lifetime warranty, MatterHT provides coverage against wear and damage for the lifetime of the original device for which the product was purchased. For non-device-specific products, MatterHT warrants protection against wear and damage for as long as the purchaser owns the product. Should your screen protector crack, chip, become scratched, or incur other forms of damage while safeguarding your device, we will offer a replacement; shipping and handling fees apply. This Lifetime Warranty applies exclusively to the screen protector and DOES NOT extend to any electronic devices being protected.
MatterHT warranty excludes damage from negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions. Inspect items upon arrival and contact support@matterht.com promptly with any concerns.
To submit a Warranty Replacement Claim, log in to your Matter HT Shopify account and head to the Warranty Center.
Warranty claims require prior Product Registration and proof of purchase.
To help us improve, you may be asked to return the faulty product at no cost.

MATTERHT IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM A BREACH OF WARRANTY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF USE, DATA, REVENUE, OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS. THE WARRANTIES PROVIDED BY MATTERHT DO NOT EXTEND TO THIRD-PARTY DEVICES OR THE PERSONAL PROPERTY OF CONSUMERS. ADDITIONALLY, THESE WARRANTIES EXCLUDE COVERAGE FOR MATTERHT SOFTWARE AND ANY THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE. ANY ALTERATION, MODIFICATION, OR REPAIR (APART FROM THE REPLACEMENT OF REPLACEABLE COMPONENTS) PERFORMED BY ANY PARTY OTHER THAN MATTERHT WILL VOID ALL WARRANTIES. MATTERHT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY WARRANTY REPLACEMENT IN CASES OF SUSPECTED FRAUD OR ABUSE OF ITS WARRANTY POLICIES AS OUTLINED HEREIN. THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND SUPERSEDE ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES, AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS, OR IMPLIED. MATTERHT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SHOULD APPLICABLE LAW RESTRICT MATTERHT FROM DISCLAIMING CERTAIN IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
MATTERHT RESELLERS, AGENTS, OR EMPLOYEES ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO MODIFY OR EXTEND MATTERHT’S WARRANTIES. MATTERHT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND WARRANTY TERMS AND REMEDIES WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
These warranties are in addition to any other rights you may have based on your location. Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damage, or on the duration of implied warranties; therefore, these restrictions may not be applicable to you. If a warranty provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be removed without affecting the rest.

The product images and packaging depicted on this website or in advertisements are for illustrative purposes only. The actual products delivered may vary in color and appearance from those shown. No warranty is given that the products will be identical to the representations provided.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
This website and all associated products contain graphic, visual, and textual materials, including illustrations (collectively referred to as "Intellectual Property Rights"), which are protected by copyright law, image rights, design rights, and/or trademarks owned by Matter Brands or by third parties. Any reproduction, publication, distribution, or commercial exploitation of these protected rights, whether in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without the express prior written consent of the respective rights holders.
Amendments to these terms
These Terms are subject to amendment or modification at any time without prior notice. All contractual agreements, including orders for products and related delivery services, are subject to the version of these Terms that applies at the time the order is made. All amendments or updates to these Terms will bear a corresponding date stamp for reference and verification purposes. MATTER HT RESELLERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATIONS, ADDITIONS OR EXTENSIONS TO TERMS.
Other Terms
Period of Limitation
The Buyer must initiate any claim, lawsuit, or other proceeding related to the Goods or these Terms, including but not limited to the Limited Warranty, within one (1) year from the date such cause of action accrues. No discovery, estoppel, or similar doctrine shall extend this limitations period.
Indemnification
The Buyer hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Matter Brands, together with its respective officers, directors, agents, employees, and representatives (collectively, the “Indemnitees”), from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, penalties, or expenses of any kind whatsoever (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses), whether arising in contract, quasi-contract, subrogation, tort, strict liability, statute, or under any other legal, statutory, or equitable theory, which may be asserted against, imposed upon, or incurred by the Indemnitees as a result of, arising out of, or relating to the use, handling, storage, transportation, possession, processing, fabrication, resale, or any activity involving the Goods following the transfer of title to the Buyer. Upon written request by Matter Brands, and subject solely to Matter Brands discretion concerning selection of legal counsel, the Buyer shall, at its sole cost and expense, assume the defense of any such claims, actions, or proceedings on behalf of the Indemnitees.
Enforcement
Matter Brands shall be entitled to recover any and all costs, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees, expert witness fees, and court costs, incurred in enforcing these Terms or in connection with any litigation, arbitration, or other legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be adjudicated exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and Buyer irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objection to venue based on forum conveniens. Any claim relating to MatterHT.com or Matter Brands products must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Buyer knowingly and voluntarily waives the right to a trial by jury and to participate in class actions, whether as a member, representative, or private attorney general.
Additional Rights
Matter Brands hereby retains all rights and remedies available under applicable law, each of which shall be cumulative and may be exercised from time to time at its sole discretion. No waiver by Matter Brands of any provision of these Terms shall constitute a novation or operate as a waiver of any subsequent breach thereof. The failure of Matter Brands to enforce any right or provision under these Terms on any occasion shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision in the future.
Miscellaneous
If any provision herein is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. The rights of the Buyer may not be assigned or transferred by the Buyer under any circumstances. These terms and conditions shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of both the Buyer and Matter Brands, as well as their respective agents, successors, heirs, and permitted assigns.
