Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are dependent on the total cost of your purchase. Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 11am PST will be processed the following business day.
Over $49 spent:
- Standard – 2-5 business days - free
- Priority – 1-3 business days - $9.90
Under $49 spend:
- Standard – 2-5 business days - $5.90
- Priority – 1-3 business days - $9.90
USPS Standard shipping
We ship standard and economy packages via UPS Mail Innovations, with delivery typically taking 2–6 business days, though delays may occur. Delivery estimates at checkout may vary up to three business days based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. Estimated dates are not guaranteed.
USPS Priority Mail
Priority shipments are dispatched via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery typically occurs within one to three business days, although certain packages may necessitate additional time for arrival. Priority Mail shipments are eligible for Saturday delivery.

UPS Ground
In certain situations, when a parcel's total weight exceeds 1 lb., UPS Ground service may be used. Packages typically arrive at their destination within 3-5 business days, though delivery can sometimes take longer.
A UPS tracking number for domestic shipments within the United States generally begins with "1Z," followed by a six-character shipper number (consisting of numbers and letters), a two-digit service level indicator, and eight digits identifying the package (with the last digit serving as a check digit), totaling 18 characters.

Shipping is available within the United States only; we do not ship internationally.

Military Bases and APOs: We do our best to ship orders to active service members at APOs but cannot always deliver. If delivery is not possible, you will receive a full refund.
When will the order be shipped
Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Orders after 11am PST process the next business day.
Tracking your shipment
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. This message will include a link that enables you to monitor your package; however, please note that tracking details may require several hours to update. If you have an account at matterht.com, you may also log in to view your shipping information under Past Orders.

Lost Package
Matter HT is not responsible for items damaged or lost during transit, whether sent to customers or returned. Claims related to these incidents should be addressed with the appropriate courier service.
