Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

Except for pre-orders, all website orders are processed automatically and cannot be cancelled or changed once placed. To make changes, please refer to our Returns policy. For pre-orders, you may cancel at any time before shipping notification by emailing support@MatterHT.com with your order number.

How long will it take to get my order?

We use UPS Mail Innovations for all standard/economy shipments. Packages typically arrive within 2–6 business days, though delivery times may occasionally be longer. The anticipated delivery date depends on the origin, destination, and drop-off time.

Priority shipments are dispatched via USPS Priority Mail, with packages generally delivered within 1–3 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are determined by the total amount of your purchase:

For orders over $49:

  • Standard shipping (2–5 business days): Free
  • Priority shipping (1–3 business days): $9.90

For orders under $49:

  • Standard shipping (2–5 business days): $5.90
  • Priority shipping (1–3 business days): $9.90

Can I track my order?

You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. This email will include a link to track your package; please be aware that it may take several hours for the logistics provider to update tracking information.

If you are registered with MatterHT.com, you can also access your shipping details by logging into your account and reviewing your past orders.

Additionally, you may track your shipment directly via the USPS website.

What’s your return policy?

Provided that the item is in unused condition with original packaging still intact, then the item can be returned if you follow the steps on the Returns Page.

REGISTERING YOUR PRODUCT

How do I register my product?

You can register your Matter HT products here (proof of purchase is required for registration). After submitting the form, you will receive an email to confirm your product registration.

Registered products and claim submissions can be managed in the Warranty Center after you have logged in to your Shopify account.

Why should I register my product?

Registering your product guarantees eligibility for replacements and facilitates the claims process when necessary. Additionally, it enables us to deliver enhanced support and keep you informed of critical updates.

What information do I need to register?

To register your products, we require your contact details and shipping address as well as a proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation email).

If your Matter HT product was received as a gift or you no longer possess your receipt, please contact Support@MatterHT.com for further assistance.

Where can I find my registered products?

To access your account, please select the person icon located in the top right corner. You'll be asked to enter your registered and email. One time passcode will be emailed to you.

After logging in, you will have access to a list of your registered products and may submit claims through the Warranty Center.

WARRANTIES AND REPLACEMENTS

What’s your warranty policy?

All Matter HT products
(excluding screen protection) are provided with a 1 year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the purchase date, given normal use and as specified in the warranty statement. Retaining your order confirmation email is necessary as proof of purchase.

Screen protectors are covered under a Lifetime Limited Warranty. If a screen protector cracks, chips, becomes scratched, or incurs other damage while installed on your device, it is eligible for replacement with payment of shipping and handling fees. This Lifetime Warranty applies only to the screen protector itself and does not cover any electronic devices.

What does the warranty cover?

If your Matter HT product is torn, broken, scratched, or otherwise damaged while protecting your device, it is eligible for replacement.

  • Screen protectors qualify for replacements throughout the lifetime of your device.
  • All other products are covered by a one-year warranty.

How do I get a warranty replacement?

If you have not yet completed product registration, please do so by visiting the Product Registration page.

Once registered, you may view your products in the Warranty Center. There, you will have the option to submit warranty claims and request replacements as needed.

My screen protector cracked! What do I do?

No worries! Matter HT screen protectors are covered for your device’s lifetime. If it breaks, you get a free replacement—just pay shipping and handling. To request one, go to our Warranty Center and select
“Request a Replacement” for your product.

MATTER PROMISE

What is Matter Promise?

Matter Promise is additional protection added to IN-STORE screen protection purchases. Matter Promise coverage protects against accidental damage to your primary device screen while using Matter HT screen protection. That means, if your device screen breaks while protected by a Matter Promise Screen Protector, we’ll pay for the cost of the repair, up to $300*.

Please note that you must Register your Screen Protector within 30 days of purchase for coverage to become effective. Your coverage will remain in effect once you have completed account creation and registration of your product.

How long is the Matter Promise coverage period?

Your initial warranty period extends 1 year from the date of purchase or after an insurance claim has been made.

What information is needed to Register my Matter Promise Screen Protector?
  • Warranty PIN (located on the flap of the guard insert or on insert card)
  • Proof of Purchase (sales receipt)
  • Some Information about your device (serial number, make, model etc.)
My device screen broke while using a Matter Promise protected product! What now? 

If you purchased a product with Matter Promise Protection, the primary screen of your device is covered! In the Warranty Center, you will be able to see your registered product. On the right-hand side of your product you can click 'File a Claim' and you will be guided step-by-step through the process.
