Returns & Exchanges Policy
This policy is applicable exclusively to items bought directly from MatterHT.com. For purchases made through other retailers, please reach out to those retailers for assistance.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Once approved, you get 14 days to ship the item back.
Return Conditions:
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and manuals. If an item is used or cannot be restocked, we will notify you and offer:
· Return shipping (costs apply)
· Safe disposal (no refund)

· Store credit issuance
· Product exchange
Final-sale items are not eligible for return.
Returns are processed and refunds or credits are issued within seven business days.

We cover return shipping if you request an exchange, refund, or store credit. If you opt not to include Package Protection, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping; however, you may conveniently purchase a return shipping label via our website.
✔ Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Package Coverage
If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged, file a claim within 30 days of purchase. If approved, we will send a replacement or issue store credit or a refund if out of stock.
